Interactive Drama for High Impact
Clancy Connection uses local actors and actresses to achieve maximum engagement with its learners.
Drama is a very effective way of engaging the learner and it touches every person no matter what their preferred learning style. If the learner is fully engaged in the training there is more chance of them remembering what they have learnt and then in turn putting it into practice back in the workplace. Therefore, drama is a very cost effective way of developing people and its enjoyable for them too!
The actors and actresses are able to demonstrate and highlight, to its audience, some of the common problems being faced in the workplace. This avoids the learners being worried about being put on the spot or being asked to do role play. This creates a more relaxed atmosphere which only engages the learners even more
