These programmes are custom designed after an indepth consultation

We will work with your organisation to design a solution that suits your development needs and encompasses your organisations visions, values and culture.
Our Custom Built package includes 5 stages to creating your perfect development solution.

Stage 1

Establishing Needs and Forming the Partnership

We will meet with you either in person, or on the telephone, to conduct a thorough training need analysis. To do this we will ask you specific questions about how you are performing now, how you would like to be performing, what is stopping you and what timescales you are working to. We will also establish your organisational visions & values to get a real sense of what your organisation is all about.

Stage 2

Designing the Programme

A programme will be innovatively designed to the highest standard, meeting your expectations in relation to how, what and when you need it.
The programme will encompass key references to your organisation and how it operates embracing your vision & values. We will consult with you before stage 3 to ensure we have met your stated learning outcomes.

Stage 3

Pre Course Contact

A welcome letter will be sent to your chosen colleagues by either post or email, detailing the joining instructions, date, venue and timings. Your colleagues may be asked to complete some pre course work prior to their attendance, the content of which will be discussed and agreed with you at stage 2 when the programme is being designed.

Stage 4

Programme Delivery

The programme will be delivered on-site or at a venue of your choice.
All training materials will be supplied and will have a professional approach. The programme will be facilitated by a highly experienced and qualified training consultant with a proven track record in Leadership & Management solutions.

Stage 5

Evaluation & One to One Support

To measure the success of the programme you may be asked to participate in conducting an evaluation survey. 
To ensure the learning is embedded with each learner, further one to one support is available following any Custom Built Programme. A meeting, either face to face or over the telephone will take place to discuss the learning from the programme and coaching given to drive the action plans forward.
